Transformation and Communication

Change has been a recurring theme throughout my entire professional career – and communication is my greatest passion. For me, the two are inextricably linked: sustainable transformation can only succeed if it is underpinned by open, respectful and clear communication.

Through ‘Communication with Heart and Mind’, I support companies in preparing for change thoughtfully and effectively, implementing it successfully and embedding it for the long term. Whether in strategic planning, practical implementation or accompanying communication – I am at your side as a reliable partner. I work in both German and English, guiding national and international change processes with sensitivity, structure and clarity.

This is what I offer

My guiding principle for communication at executive level is KISS – Keep it Simple. Particularly for top management, I have always considered it as an art to summarize complex matters in a precise and concise way, which supports executive decision-taking.

Presenting complex issues in a way that is concise, understandable and relevant to decision-making is more challenging than it appears at first glance. It is about distilling the essence, conveying the right messages and striking the right tone to convince senior management.

Simplicity does not mean sacrificing depth – it is an expression of clarity and strategic maturity.

This is precisely where my strength lies: condensing complex topics so that they can be quickly understood, contextualised and acted upon by top management.

Let’s talk!

Let’s get to know each other in a personal conversation – by phone or video call – with no obligation. During this initial conversation, I’ll get to know you, your business and your requirements. Based on the insights gained, I’ll provide you with a personalised proposal outlining how I can best support you.

The initial conversation is non-binding and, of course, free of charge.
