When working with leadership teams, I combine many years of international leadership experience with proven methods of leadership and team development. My approach is pragmatic, clear and consistently focused on achieving results.

The focus is not on the model, but on your team and your specific needs: How can we strengthen collaboration, clarify priorities and effectively support the implementation of strategic goals?

As a facilitator, I ensure an open, honest dialogue on equal terms. Strengths are highlighted, and challenges clearly identified. Important issues are brought to the table – even when they are sensitive or uncomfortable. Because sustainable development arises where leadership teams are prepared to truly address the crucial questions.

Every workshop and every development process is tailor-made and adapted to the situation. Whilst working with the team, I consciously decide when it makes sense to change perspective, employ a different approach, or give a topic more space.
