Executive Coaching

As a business coach, I support women in their transformation from „I work hard and hope to be seen“ to „I position myself strategically for the next level of leadership“.

I support them to discover their inner self, to gain clarity about their objectives and to follow their path with courage. In a confidential and trusted environment I help them to strengthen their visibility in organisations with a dominance of men, to work on their executive presence and to position themselves for the next level of leadership.

Promoting women has been my focus over many years. During my corporate professional life have I always – often as the only woman amongst men – contributed actively to increasing the percentage of women in my team and leveraging diversity consciously. I consider diversity with regard to gender, age, nationality, religion and personality as a great asset. Diversity creates new ways of thinking, strengthens collaboration and leads to better and more creative results. This attitude also defines my work as a coach: I am open, respectful and value every individual story of life.

This is how I work with you

I am empathetic, open and have a lot of passion for my coachees. It is important for me to create a trusted environment, in which you are seen, heard and understood. I support you on your path with calmness, clarity and a good portion of easiness – repectful, focused and always at eye level.

If you want, I also share my own experience and act as your sparring partner thus combining the coaching methodology with my practical experience in business and life. And I am convinced: Your personal development is most successful based on a trusted relationship which encourages you to discover new perspectives and to become aware of your own power.


We can have the coaching sessions in my own private coaching room; alternatively, I can organize beautiful and quiet rooms in which we can work without any disturbance and in a trusted environment, or I will meet you at your office.

Of course we can also have the coaching sessions virtually via video call.

We’ll get to know each other in a personal conversation – by phone or video call – with no obligation. In a safe, confidential setting, we’ll discuss your needs, see if we are a good fit, and explore what a potential collaboration might look like.

The initial conversation is non-binding and, of course, free of charge.


What happens next?

If we decide to work together, we will arrange several sessions depending on your coaching needs.

These can take place virtually via video conference or face-to-face in a private and quiet setting. I am open to both approaches. A session usually lasts between 1 and 1½ hours – though if we meet in person for the first session, it may well be longer.

Between sessions, you will be given tasks to practise what you’ve learnt, so there should be plenty of time between sessions to let new insights sink in and try out new approaches.

Every coaching programme is tailored to your individual needs and takes place in a trusting environment.
